Snabbit has appointed Abhinav Ankur as its Chief Business Officer. Ankur comes with senior leadership experience, having previously served as CXO at both OYO and Wheelseye.

He first came across Snabbit last September and was immediately convinced by what the platform was building. After spending time with founder Aayush Agarwal and understanding the thinking behind the business model, his belief in the company only grew stronger.

Snabbit operates in the daily home services space, a category that is massive in India but still largely unorganised and offline. Ankur sees this as a rare opportunity to help shape an entire category at scale.

The platform’s growth numbers back that conviction. In just four months, Snabbit has grown from 10,000 jobs per day to 40,000. It recently crossed one million jobs in a single month and is now working toward hitting one million jobs a day, all within a market estimated to be worth $100 billion.
