Bengaluru-based everyday-wear brand Cava Athleisure has raised ₹40 crore in a Series A funding round led by Sharrp Ventures, with participation from V3 Ventures and existing investor Spring Marketing Capital, valuing the company at ₹215 crore.

The fresh capital will be used to accelerate new product launches, strengthen brand building, expand omnichannel distribution, and deepen the leadership team, the company said in an official press release. Founded in 2022 by Ria Mittal and Shreya Mittal, Cava Athleisure is a D2C premium athleisure brand focused on sustainable, design-led, and function-first apparel for men and women. The brand offers versatile products such as leggings, joggers, and tops made using BCI cotton and recycled polyester, targeting Gen Z and millennial consumers aged 15–30.
Cava operates its own production facility, overseeing design and quality control, and expects to close FY26 with ₹40 crore in revenue as it continues to scale rapidly across India.
