Mozark Raises $40 Million

Mozark, a company focused on measuring and improving the quality of digital experiences across different parts of the world, has closed a $40 million Series B funding round. The round was led by IFC, which stands for the International Finance Corporation, and RMB Capitalworks, with Kalaari Capital continuing its support as an existing backer. The fresh capital will fuel the company’s expansion plans across the United States and the Global South, while also allowing it to build infrastructure for the next wave of AI driven testing technology.

What Mozark Actually Does

At the heart of Mozark’s work is a concept the company calls Digital Experience Equity. The idea is straightforward but important: the quality of digital services should not depend on where you live, what device you use, or how strong your internet connection is. In reality, that is far from the case today. People in different geographies, using different networks and devices, often have vastly different experiences when using the same digital product.

Mozark works to close that gap by testing and analysing how digital services actually perform across these varying conditions. The company focuses particularly on sectors where inconsistent digital access has serious real world consequences healthcare, payments, and education being among the most significant. A payment that fails due to poor network conditions, or a healthcare platform that does not load reliably in a low connectivity area, is not just a technical inconvenience. It can directly affect outcomes for real people.

Mozark is not an early stage company still searching for product fit. It already counts more than 50 enterprise and government organisations among its clients, spread across more than 20 countries. To date, the platform has conducted upwards of 25 million tests, giving the company a substantial base of real world data and operational experience to draw from.

This scale of existing deployment across both private sector enterprises and government clients speaks to the relevance of what Mozark is building. Governments and large organisations in particular tend to have strict requirements when it comes to reliability and performance of digital services, making them demanding but meaningful customers to serve.

Beyond geographical expansion, Mozark also has its sights set on a fast growing area within the technology world: agentic AI. As AI powered workflows become more sophisticated and are deployed in more complex real world environments, the need to test how these systems perform under varied conditions is becoming increasingly important. Mozark is planning to develop infrastructure specifically designed to address this emerging need, positioning itself ahead of what it sees as the next major shift in how digital systems are built and evaluated.

This forward looking dimension of the funding plan suggests that Mozark is not simply trying to grow what it already has, but is also investing in capabilities that will become relevant as the technology landscape continues to evolve rapidly.
