With this second close now complete, the total amount raised in the pre Series B round has crossed $3.5 million. Overall, Stylework has now raised more than $6.5 million across four separate funding rounds since its inception.
About Stylework
Stylework was founded in 2016 by Spaarsh Khandelwaal. The company works with businesses that need flexible access to workspaces, helping them manage everything from single desks to full offices across the country. It currently has a presence in more than 10,000 workspace centres spread across 125 cities in India, making it one of the more widely connected players in the flexible workspace segment.
The company plans to use this fresh round of capital to grow its footprint in Tier I and Tier II cities across India. Alongside geographic expansion, Stylework also intends to invest in strengthening its technology systems and building deeper relationships with enterprise clients.
Stylework shared that it has recorded a gross merchandise value of more than Rs 340 crore so far this year. Its annual net revenue run rate has crossed Rs 50 crore, and the company posted a profit of over Rs 2 crore. Notably, this marks the second year in a row that Stylework has remained profitable, a milestone that stands out in the often cash intensive flexible workspace industry.
While coworking and managed office solutions remain central to its business, Stylework’s offerings go further. The company also provides meeting rooms, flexipasses, and workspace services that span multiple locations. To support all of this, it runs two SaaS platforms, Flexboard and Stylework.ai, which allow enterprise clients to handle occupancy tracking, employee rostering, workspace budgeting, and access controls from one place.
With this new round of funding, Stylework appears well positioned to expand its reach into smaller Indian cities while continuing to scale its technology backed workspace solutions. The company’s consistent profitability over the past two years adds further weight to its growth plans in an increasingly competitive flexible workspace market.
