Gushwork Raises $9 Million Seed Funding to Help Businesses Get Found on AI Search Engines

The way people search for products and services is rapidly changing. Instead of typing queries into Google, more buyers are now turning to AI tools like ChatGPT to get recommendations. A startup called Gushwork is betting big on this shift and investors are backing that vision.

Gushwork is a platform designed to help businesses generate inbound leads through AI-powered search engines. In simple terms, it helps companies show up as trusted recommendations when potential customers ask AI tools for suggestions, turning AI into a new discovery channel for business growth.

The company has successfully closed a $9 million seed round, led by Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital. The round was backed by partners Kanishk Mehta and Sai A., who expressed strong confidence in the platform’s potential to reshape how businesses attract customers.

The numbers speak for themselves. According to the company, 80% of their customers report a 500% increase in website impressions along with a noticeable rise in inbound leads, all within just 60 days of joining the platform. With over 300 businesses already onboard, traction is clearly building.

Gushwork was co-founded by Nayrhit B and Adithya Venkatesh, who are focused on building a new kind of discovery engine where AI, not traditional search, connects buyers with the right businesses.

As AI search continues to grow, traditional SEO strategies may no longer be enough. Platforms like Gushwork represent a new frontier in digital marketing where being “AI-visible” is just as important as ranking on Google. With fresh funding in hand, the company is well-positioned to scale and expand its reach across more markets.
