Beverage startup Chini Kum has raised ₹1 crore in its pre-seed funding round, marking an early milestone in the company’s growth journey. The round saw participation from angel investors including Shobhit Gupta, promoter of One8 Commune Restaurants, along with Varun Sachdeva, Eiti Singhal, and other strategic investors who backed the company’s vision.
The startup aims to build a guilt-free and sugar-free beverage brand focused on clean and healthier ingredients. According to the company, the fresh capital will support its mission of creating beverages aligned with health-conscious consumer preferences while expanding its presence across the Indian market.
The founders expressed gratitude to their investors for their trust and support, as well as to customers and supporters who have contributed to the company’s progress so far. The funding is expected to help the brand move closer to its goal of establishing itself as one of India’s most loved guilt-free beverage brands.
