BlackBuck Q3 FY26 Results: Revenue Jumps 53% to Rs 188 Cr, Company Returns to Profit with Rs 31.7 Cr PAT

BlackBuck delivered a strong financial performance in the third quarter of FY26, reporting significant revenue growth along with a return to sustained profitability as both its core marketplace and newer business segments scaled up.

For the quarter ended December 2025, the company’s total income increased 53% year-on-year to about Rs 188 crore, compared with Rs 123 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations stood at nearly Rs 172 crore, while additional income of around Rs 16 crore supported the overall topline growth. Truck operator services continued to remain the backbone of the business, accounting for nearly 98% of operating revenue.

Profitability improved sharply during the quarter. EBITDA rose 49% year-on-year to Rs 44.8 crore, while the company reported a net profit of Rs 31.7 crore, a significant turnaround from the Rs 48 crore loss recorded in Q3 FY25. On a sequential basis, profit also grew roughly 10% compared with the previous quarter. Adjusted EBITDA reached around Rs 50 crore, reflecting better operating leverage as the business scaled.
