Hawld is designed to feel as simple and familiar as any social app. Users sign up, complete a quick KYC (required only for sellers), create a deal, chat, and get paid. This lightweight, accessible approach is deliberate.
Every deal on Hawld runs through its own dedicated chat thread, which becomes the single source of truth if a dispute is ever raised. If something does go wrong, Hawld’s team personally reviews the chat history to ensure a fair, evidence based resolution.
