INFLUISH, a creator focused startup based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, has announced that it raised its pre seed funding round at a valuation of ₹25 crore, even though the company says it turned down offers from several investors. According to the founder, the decision to refuse funding came from a position of strength rather than necessity, since the startup claims to already be profitable at the EBITDA level.
Built To Solve Real Problems In The Creator Economy
INFLUISH describes itself as a platform built to help content creators grow, learn, and earn money through one connected system. The company says it focuses on building trust in the creator space by using official Meta APIs, which allows it to offer more reliable data and tools compared to other platforms in the market.
The founder, Sankalp Nag, shared that the idea for INFLUISH came from closely observing the everyday struggles faced by creators and brands. He pointed to common issues such as payments being delayed, data being manipulated or faked, and creator tools that simply did not work well. Instead of building just another app, the team aimed to create what they call “the home of creators,” a platform meant to support the entire journey of a creator rather than offering a single isolated feature.
Sankalp Nag has been open about his personal journey leading up to this milestone. He dropped out of college to pursue the startup full time, a decision that he says was once viewed by others as confusing or unrealistic. Building the company from Udaipur, often categorized as a smaller or Tier three city in India, added another layer of difficulty, since most startup activity in the country tends to be concentrated in larger metro cities.
Despite these challenges, the company says it has grown its user base without relying on paid advertising or performance marketing campaigns. INFLUISH claims its growth has come entirely through organic means such as content, community building, and creator trust, with zero customer acquisition cost. The team currently consists of fifty people, and according to the founder, the company operates out of a penthouse space in Udaipur.
The startup also acknowledged support from several known names in the startup ecosystem. INFLUISH thanked Darpan Sanghvi and the CoFounder Circle Accelerator team for backing the company as the first startup to join their accelerator program. The founder also expressed gratitude toward Pankaj Vermani, founder of Clovia, along with Jeetendra Tewani and Sachin H., for believing in the vision behind INFLUISH.
The announcement reflects a growing pattern among Indian startups where founders are choosing sustainable, profit focused growth over aggressive fundraising and rapid burn. With its latest round and renewed backing from experienced industry figures, INFLUISH appears focused on scaling its creator first model while staying rooted in its Tier three city origins.
