Zero Moblt, a Hyderabad-based startup focused on student transportation, has successfully raised ₹1.5 crore in its pre-seed funding round. The round saw participation from notable investors including JioMart CEO Sandeep Varaganti, Axis Bank SVP Dr. Ashok Agrawal, and a group of high-net-worth individuals.
Founded in 2024 by Vijay Ganagam and Alfred Lazarus, the company is building an AI-powered platform that prioritises safety and regulatory compliance in school and campus commuting, a space that has largely remained unorganised in India.
The fresh funding will help Zero Moblt grow its campus network, scale up its fleet, and roll out Edge AI-based safety technology across multiple Indian cities. The startup has already shown strong early traction, having facilitated over 3.4 lakh trips to date.
