Mysa Raises $3.4 Million in Pre Series A Funding to Strengthen AI Led Finance Operations

Mysa has raised $3.4 million in a Pre Series A funding round to accelerate its mission of modernizing finance operations for businesses in India. With this round, the company’s total funding now stands at $6.2 million. The fresh capital will be used to enhance Mysa’s AI capabilities and expand its banking and financial automation offerings for finance teams and CFOs.

Investors and Participation

The round was co led by Blume Ventures and Piper Serica. New investors joining the company include Ikemori Ventures, Raise Financial Services, and QED Innovation Labs. Existing investors Antler, IIMA Ventures, and Neon Fund also participated in the round, reinforcing their continued confidence in the company.

Product Progress Since Seed Round

Since announcing its $2.8 million seed round in February 2025, Mysa has focused on building a unified finance platform that connects fragmented banking and ERP systems.

The company has developed deep multi bank integrations, allowing businesses to manage payments, real time balances, and reconciliation across more than 15 bank accounts from a single dashboard. Mysa has also strengthened its accounts payable and expense management capabilities, enabling automated workflows for vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Its AI driven document processing goes beyond traditional OCR by understanding invoice context, extracting line items, calculating GST, and supporting multilingual and handwritten documents. Mysa also integrates seamlessly with popular ERP and accounting systems, allowing finance teams to sync large volumes of data quickly while maintaining existing workflows.

Security and Compliance

Mysa operates with a strong focus on enterprise grade security. The platform is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified, uses advanced encryption standards, and hosts its infrastructure within India to ensure data security and regulatory compliance for high value financial operations.

Future Plans

With the new funding, Mysa plans to deepen its AI capabilities and expand its banking led product offerings. Key focus areas include AI enabled procurement, UPI based expense management, corporate credit solutions, and scalable infrastructure to support growing businesses and additional banking partnerships. The company also aims to explore embedded financing opportunities by leveraging its expanding vendor network.

Conclusion

Mysa’s latest funding round marks an important milestone in its journey to simplify and modernize finance operations for Indian businesses. By combining AI, deep banking integrations, and enterprise grade security, the company is positioning itself as a comprehensive finance operations platform for the next generation of growing companies.
