Indian agritech company Arya.ag has announced that it has raised ₹725 crore in a Series D funding round led by GEF Capital Partners.

According to the company’s official announcement, the fresh capital will be used to strengthen climate-smart agriculture practices, expand Smart Farm Centres, deepen engagement with FPOs and smallholder farmers, and build technology-driven solutions to reduce post-harvest losses.
Arya.ag stated that it currently operates over 12,000 agri-warehouses across 60% of Indian districts and reported ₹300 crore in revenue in H1 FY26, along with 28% growth and continued profitability.
The company also acknowledged the support of Avendus Capital, PwC, JSA, and Aeka Advisors in the funding process.
